The GameOverCast
A funny, lively podcast produced by avid videogamers, about video games, how they effect our lives, the news and information around them and the occasional hilarity and memories we take away from it all.

Hello wonderful peoples, and welcome to Episode 34 of the GameOverCast in association with Gamers' Voice.

This week on the podcast we have Radarhead. Mr Gibson, The no-longer-a-guest Ninanzu, Jay Santamaria and Danny Palmer in his first proper podcast outing.

We start with what we have been playing which this week includes Star Ocean, Geometry Wars, Little big planet (1&2), Fallout New Vegas, Bayonetta (Still!) and, as Santamaria, is on the show, CodBlops.

We talk briefly about imminent releases with love for Deadspace 2 and CodBlops first strike DLC and no love for Yogi Bear. Don’t care how much smarter than the average bear he is.

In news Little Big Planet 2 manages to oust CodBlops from the top spot in charts and we hear two opposites of how games companies deal with negative feedback - DarkEnergy Digital announced a huge patch to Hydrophobia which we are told will fix the many problems left for them in the feedback section of their website - If you love or hate the game does not matter but how they deal with feedback is admirable. At the other end of the spectrum we have Activision who, it feels like, have abandoned PS3 owners of CodBlops. We hear how GamersVoice has, rightly, pulled them up including the whole MIchael Pachter contribution to the debate.

The quiz this week is a nail biter, with one of the closest results ever - apart from Gibson who just sucked.

We have a bunch of awesome letters including a prompt for this weeks topic of the week: sounds in video games.

Hey Pod People and welcome to episode 33 of the GameOverCast in association with Gamers' Voice.

This week the podcast is joined by MrPGibson, PJBling, Ninazu and the 'daddy' Jay Santamaria.

We open the show with Ninazu's curry based near death experience which was second to naan.

In what we've been playing we talk GO, Just Cause 2, Battlefield BC Vietnam expansion and more HON(including a karma ridden story).

In imminent releases there ain't much, there is however the consoles last best hope of an MMO, DC universe online.

News has us talking Nintendo 3DS release, Bungie trademarks (what does the future hold for the Halo creators?), Cataclysms impressive sales. Finally me and MPGibson discuss the imminent MP Gamesday.

The quiz this week is brought to you by Jay Santamaria, no real theme, but its awesome all the same.

We finish out with some awesome emails from you, our lovely listeners. They rock.

Hello and welcome to episode 32 of the GameOverCast in association with Gamers' Voice.

This week the show is made up of the modest pacifist MrPGibson, the ever optimistic and up beat Kinichie, and the ever polite friendly and intelligent PjBling. What sarcasm?

The cast opens with creative work arounds to PS3 comunication shortcomings, and exitement at gaming bean bags.

In games being played we talk the niche gaming narcotic known as Mount and Blade Warband, Fat Princess, Bayonetta, Killzone 2 and sudden unexepected love for Supreme Commander 2?!

Imminent releases..... Nope, none here.

News this week comes to us in the form of great MAss Effect 2 DLC news, real life human frogger gone awry and the rise of kinect(and potential fall of man).

The quiz is a short one, the theme name the tune, the twist? Its bleeps and bloops from Radarheads mouth...
We finish off with some emails from you, our awesome listeners.

Hey podpeople, happy new year!

This week is a much shorter show than usual, and is joined by PJBling, Ninazu and MrPGibson.

The cast talk about what gaming related gifts they recieved, positive or otherwise, radarhead finally has a PS3!

In games they have been playing over the christmas period, Gibson talks some Fat princesses, Radar talks some RockBand 3, and Ninazu talks some Borderlands.

Theres no news or imminent releases or even a quiz, hey we are all tired out by faking the festive cheer dammit!

The show is finished off with a solitary listener email, but one that raises an interesting question.
